The developers sought the services of MedicineWheel to conduct a study of the possibilities for recreating a mixed-use, pedestrian oriented Town Center for this rural community. Due to recent growth in surrounding residential development, this area is primed for the development of a commercial and office center. All existing buildings are intended to be renovated and reused. The proposed site is located at the crossroads of two highways and convenient to Interstate-75.
